If you are currently renting through our company and have a property maintenance issue, please either contact the nearest Aitchisons office, or fill out the below form with your full details and the issues you are experiencing.

Your safety is paramount to our company and you should at all times make sure you and your family are safe.

If there is a fire at the property under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself.
You must immediately evacuate the property and then contact the emergency services to report the fire. After that you must contact us by telephone

If you have a gas leak, or you can smell gas, you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact National Grid Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. After that you must contact us by telephone.
